Returns and Exchanges

Our number one priority is your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. Returns must include a receipt and the items must be in original condition, including tags and labels. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

Returning an item is a snap. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Complete the Return and Exchange form you received with your shipment or print a new Return and Exchange form. (You will need Acrobat Reader to view this document. You may download it at http://www.adobe.com). Include it with the item(s) you're returning.
2. If you’re returning from outside the U.S., please send your package, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice (we recommend UPS or USPS Priority Mail). Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and have it traceable.

We'll handle your return within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase. If you received the item as a gift, we will be happy to give you a store credit for the amount of the returned item.

Return merchandise using our easy and convenient return process, and order your new merchandise at the same time by calling our Customer Service center. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and refund your credit card for the returned merchandise as soon as we receive it. All exchanges will be processed as standard shipping at the current cost posted on our Web site. To request an alternate shipping method, please contact the Customer Service center.
